First of all, best to forget it and have a good time.

But if you want to preserve what you can keep protein high and just do body weigh training

chest - wide press ups, or dips
triceps - narrow press ups (or 1 handed), or dips
back - wg pull ups / supline rows (like upside down bench)
abs - crunches, situps, leg raises
biceps - chin ups (narrow grip)
    quads - one legged squats
calves - one legged calf raises
hams - good mornings at body weight

... then you can be clever and add weight to things, like press ups with a ruck sack on, or shrugging a uitcase full of damp towels etc

    ...

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

i go on hols next week and cant wait.

Personally im looking forward to a total break, ive worked hard since jan and this seems the perfect time 2 just relax. I would just take the break m8 tbh, after so long i think your body appreciates it. Have a good one!

Get a strong Flex Band they dont take up any space and weigh next to nothing.

You can use it to add resistance to any of the exercises listed by wiffers if needed.

Yeh, enjoy your holiday, relax, take a break.

Then when you get back, just train as normal.

    Have a good time.
