Going Overseas.

in sept, i am goin to see a friend in indonesia. 5km from a beach, in Despasar Bali, and i doubt their will be access to gym or anything, so im wondering what full body workouts i could do. I can think of, wall sits, with some kind of weight. Tricep, extension with a chair. Pushups, pushups with arms closer so more of a tricep. I really dont want to lose any muscle, i know im not goin to gain, and i wont have any whey over there!! im goin to be theiir for 4 months, and i just want to keep my definition.

    Do HIIT a couple times a week as well in my opinion.

    Keep your diet cleanish and that should control bodyfat levels as well. That contributes to definition of course.

    Can maybe get some bands and whatnot to help out with resistance. Odd object lifting is another. Bodyweight excercises obviously. You should be ok really if you plan things out before or at least within a week or so when you get there..see what you can do.
