Going back to the gym tonight....

...after an operation on my nose 3 weeks ago. I haven't trained since. Kinda dreading it tbh
 
Should i break in gently over the next 2-3 weeks or just get stuck right in?

    Unless your planning on doin Lat pulldowns with the weights attached to your nose i would have thought you will be ok....?

    You mean just normal how will my muscles be after a 3 week lay off going back, just go abit lighter, I tend to flare up any hidden injuries by rushing back into it.

    its amazing how crap you can feel your first session back even after a small lay off

    I would say do what you would normally do but if you feel a weight is too much lower it. simple

    3 weeks off, expect some DOMS.

    So my serious reply would be just get back in the swing, rather than going balls out, big ticket style!

    just leaving, my worry is pressure around my nose and sinus - ive been getting killer headaches.....we'll see how it goes...cheers.
