Going on holiday - Routine Scrapped.

Over a 3 week period i'm not likely to suffer any significant muscle loss, as i've just started a few months ago and dont want to lose what i've already gained. Tips?

    Eat and if nothing else do some body weight exercises, pushups dips squats etc.
