Are you serious? Some of these 'bodybuilding recipes' are ridiculous... This would be ideal for a 15 year old learning how to cook, yes, but a bodybuilding recipe? No. Well done for supplying the macros though.

    Current PB's
    100kg Clean & Jerk
    110kg Bench
    190kg Deadlift
    140kg Back Squat
    120kg Front Squat

What exactly is so wrong with it?

It is designed to fit in with my current weekend diet. I said that chicken breast can be used instead and up it to 200g, which changes the macros as follows:

    Calories: 489          Protein: 47.9g          Carbs: 47.4g          Fat: 11.1g

Maybe you should taste it before casting judgement eh?

I don't need to physcially taste it Tuffy, I can taste it just thinking about it... it's barely a recipe is it? You've taken tescos sfc and put it alongside some standard rice and cous cous, with some peppers, jalapenos and some mayo... The fact that this is a bodybuilding recipe sub-forum and you've posted instructions for a beginners intro to cooking, I just find it strange... A recipe would be, using chicken breast, making your own sf coating and working from there, not taking a branded product... Just my thoughts anyway, reading peoples posts on heres make me want to apply for masterchef or something, I'm gonna post some recipes up soon.

The SFC doesn't really add much that a nicely seasoned breast would do. The combination of flavours works well though with the cous cous, rice and veg.

Don't really want to get into a 'my recipes are better than yours' debate. I made it, it tasted good, I posted it - end of...

If you don't like it then don't bother but no need for the attitude really is there?

What is a recipe anyway if it isn't putting ingredients together?

Point is tuffy, you've just made a standard meal. It's not a recipie in that you're making and creating something. You're just putting together premade things to make a meal.

I've got this recipe I was using the other day, I call it 'Chicken and Rice'.

Get a chicken breast, cook it.
    Get some rice, cook it.
    Combine.

I'm just jesting dude ;P I actually love SFC, it's my guilty pleasure when I'm having off days. Maybe I will combine it with some form of rice and cous cous like you have to make me feel not quite as guilty ^_^

    All the best!
