Good gym in Stafford area?

Im starting a new job at the end of august and will be moving to stafford area, my new place may not be able to house my home gym so i need to find a decent gym.
Anyone train at or know of one in that area? Thanks.

Hi m8, i go 2 uni in stafford. Use the uni gym, open 2 public too, in the beaconside area, there's also an esporta and the riverside centre has a new gym too, not sure what either of them are like tho.

I used the uni gym (a couple of miles out of town) a few times, but this was 2 years ago, and it wasn't great to be honest. It isn't a lifters gym by any stretch of the imagination, but it did have a power rack and did the job if you are absolutely desperate. I know that some of the doormen in Stafford used to go to a gym in Lichfield (name escapes me, but it could be 'Quads???') but that might be too far for you to travel.

I am lookin for a basic lifters gym however a power rack is pretty much all i need so might check the UNI gym out, had a search for the lichfield one but no luck as yet. Cheers!
