Good stretching routine?

Not in terms of warm up / cool down but increaseing flexibility.
 
I can squat and deadlift ok but feel my flexibility is holding me back - I'm guessing its mainly the hams? (but I have no doubt I'll be corrected!).
 
Also I like to dick about on the kick bags at the gym and I'd love to be able to kick them higher!
 
Any advise / links / experience greatly appreciated!

    I used to be very flexible and am working on getting it back now.  I used to keep it up by doing the Movement Prep routine and pilates.

    Not sure how useful that is to you but might give you some ideas.

    Leg swings will get your kicks higher. Get yourself nice and warm first (you should be sweaty - so it's great to do after cardio). You can swing straight up (knee towards chest) or out to the side - even backwards too.
