Good trip computer thingy for push bikes?

Anyone recommend one?

Just a little watch type thing that sits on the bars to tell me speed and distance covered.

Just got my new bike so I'd like one asap.

I've seen some in Argos? anyone used one of these...they're a bit cheap, wondered if they worked well?

It's finally arrived....PM Neb for swaps!

    Hi mate.

I have used Cateye before and have been really pleased. I think they are deffintaly the market leader for this sort of thing.

Heres a link to one of their products, i think this is one of the cheaper ones, i think mine was around £30. That was a long time ago though.

    http://www.cateye.com/en/product_detail/253

It has most functions you may want

Cheers mate, are they easy to set up? I had one on my last bike, just a basic thing and it was a nightmare...ended up in the bin LOL

    Lol..... well.

I didnt set mine up, it was done in the shop. The model i had did involve cables. You can get wireless ones now too i think.

TBH i really dont think it would be too much bother to set up.

Most are very easy to set up bro. Sigma are another good make and start from about 8 quid on ebay.

IMO Wireless ar the way to go if its a race bike.

Tip, dont crash your bike while spending too much time on the bike computer
