Got my pro info from Ian

got everthing from Ian Duckett, infact extra, cos he posted it to me.

Some interesting stuff, concerning diet and routine,

more diet that is diff to what ive learned.
Routine goes slighly against some of my beliefs.

And cardio , is well a secret at mo.

Will report back in 6 weeks to see if theres a big diff.

Can you post up the actual diet plan and routine?

That would be great if you could

We've discussed that this would not be a good idea as the program should be individualised and Ian is trying to make a living out of this

Yes, but as James pointed out it surely would only do the guy's career good if positive feedback was given, and nobody else can actually use the info as it's personalised to the individual

I'm sure James doesn't mind when a client posts up their tailored diet and nutritional info given by James?

Yes i did, cos im a complicated case, after 6 weeks may then go on to 3 month course.

My prob was i had learned too much and followed to many ideas.

    Blind leading the blind.

I have knowledge but wasnt using it right and not disciplined enough.

I would say im errassing my problems and gaining solutions

yes K is right - I don't mind at all for the reason that it is individualised - if it was general then I would have a problem. Infact I think it improves business to do so. However this guy has requested it not be posted for his own reasons, so we have to respect that. Though I'd love to know those reasons!

Giving positive feedback is different to posting up the actual information. A progress report would be a good idea without going into specifics

I remember he used to advocate doing cardio after you have eaten, not first thing in the morning or post training.

Not sure if he still advises that.

Stu, I'm just wondering are you natural trainer? And is the routine he has given you suitable for naturals or a typical pro routine from the magazines?

ok - if stu wants us to know about his progress then i wanna see current pics and stats and then pics and stats after the 6 weeks

this will both maintain the confidentiality of the programme while advertising the service for this Ian Duckett - if we see quality gains then its only going to bring more business for this guy

    what say you stu?
