Got my sack of MP Isolate this morning - couple of quick questions

At the moment, until I can get things sorted out a little better, I am buying these because they can be made with boiling water. As I now have my protein, is it okay to add the powder to the oats before adding the water? I ask because it's undenatured protein and I'm concerned that, by adding boiling water, it'd denature it and it won't do me as much good as if I hadn't.

Secondly, I opted for chocolate, which tastes as I would expect, if a little sweet. Is it okay to make it less sweet by adding cocoa?

I'm gonna be living off this stuff until Monday because I have severe toothache, can't chew anything, and the b*tch at of a triage nurse at the dental hospital this morning flatly refused to let me see the dentist, or give me any more antibiotics and/or stronger painkillers (OTC stuff is NOT doing any good!)

Cheers m'dears!

Normal porridge oats can also be made with boiling water.

Add the whey after you add the water and it has cooled a bit, otherwise its liable to curdle and not be very nice.
