Got some lunch

Hi guys, for lunch i decided to treat myself to the deli counter accross the road
 
couldnt decide what to get so i got a chicken fillett baguette
 
baguette was white bread and fillett had bread crumbs on it and i got a little cheese..
 
im bulking atm but was trying to clean bulk as i got fat on me which ill need to lose at some s tage
 
feel guilty :(

    Don't feel guilty. If you are eating clean food the majority of the time then you're sorted, you're not a competitive BBer and its' not like white bread and breadcrumbs are the worst thing in the world anyway! Obviously you need a good diet to see results but a slavishly strict diet isn't necessary, live a little

    Well as long as it was real chicken breast i wouldnt feel too guilty about it. I just ate a spicy chicken bun with salad and eggs from my local baguette shop on way home - now eating tuna pitta breads with more salad

    I licked the ex's minge for lunch, it tasted like mackeral.
     
    We all have issue pal, white bread aint gonna hurt you, but the lesson for you is to always prepare your food or have an emergency meal on stand bye.

    Depends, I prefer to take it in supplement format but throwing in a sly but of cunny won't do any harm that's for sure.

    I reckon that a chicken baguette is better for you than a serving of some of those high carb weight gainers (eg serious mass 50g protein and 251g of high gi carbs)
