Gotta make some changes

Im trying to understand the different things about dieting so Ive tried to make myself a cutting diet that Ive followed for about 2 weeks now.
Ive been doing cardio for more than that but just recently started this diet.

My weight is 220lbs, I am 6ft tall and my goal is to get down to 205lbs
but I also have quite a bit bodyfat probably 20 - 25 % so my main concern is to lower bf.

My weight hasnt changed from 220lbs for awhile but ive noticed my muscles getting a little more toned so not sure if my diet needs to be changed a bit or if Im just trading fat for muscle.

I dont have any fish oil and some other things that Ive seen in diets posted but I havent learned or understood them yet so havent included them into my diet.
Also my carb sources are from vegetables and wanted to keep it that way if possible. I have enough energy throughout the day to do the things I have to. And I am moderatly active throughout the day.

Also I think my calories are low for my bodyweight even though im eating enough to keep me full but thats the stuff I need help with so I would appreciate any input.

Thanks.

    1 hour walk

    is that a misprint?

    the diet is terrible

its protein only meals and poor ones at that
    more fat is required
more carbs are required, especially after any exercise at some point

you will lose muscle on this diet, you will feel like crap and you will be doing yourself no favours

    are you weight training?

    Hey Toxic
No its not. Some nights I go for a walk just for fun but my heart rate doesnt get to 65%.
I wanted to do cardio twice a day though so I was gonna walk faster to get my heart rate up.

    more fat is required

    What would you suggest?
I see in your cutting thread you have L glutamine but not sure what that is, what it does or where to get it.
Flaxseed oil, nuts, macadamia oil, hazlenut butter ect
But is there one fat for a cutting diet which is best I can use because too many is kind of confusing not knowing what each does.

more carbs are required, especially after any exercise at some point

Should I add carbs to my breakfast egg meal then? What will the carbs do exactly? Can I add more vegetables or what can you suggest that has carbs thats most beneficial for a cutting diet if I wanted to be strict?

    are you weight training?

No weight training. Maybe some weighted sit ups before bed or whenever is best but havent started that yet.

    Thanks bro.
