was 112.5 beginning of week... 112 on wed, 112.8 on thu ffs with reduced food and my body puts weight on over night... today was 111.8 and over the course of the day down to 110.6 so about spot on...

I get this often. I drink alot a day. Easily 5 litres sometimes 7 if training . But certain foods no matter the quantity and I’ll hold that water, other times its gone.

I can see that but when I am weight dropping for a comp I tend to run the same things all the way in... so have come to know which food is good and which will add weight... nothing was new or added... just a blip... is it tomorrow yet...?? wheres my donuts...?? the mrs is asking what I want for lunch tomorrow... I said everything... she thinks I am joking...

Maybe you’re going ‘the changes’? Those pesky hormones ..

yeah she never gets that I dont joke about food... or share... damn lucky not to have had her arm taken off at times...
 
no I have competed masters 1 and open for 4 years but this is my first masters 2 comp...

yep...
 
not really, I always get pre comp nerves but channel them quite effectively... usually... once I get a lift in will be better though tbh...
