farmers walk, plate curls, plate pinching and static holds will do fine mate. google anything you don't know to get your form. also try including some thick bar work.
althougu i found the best thing to improve your forarms mass is heavyasfcuk lever work, say like, every other day do
3x2 lever work with progressively heavy levers [axe/maul/sledgey etc etc] the thicker the better too.
