Grip Work Question?

I want to add in some grip work to my routine. I've never done any. From what I've read, the 'farmers walk' seems to be the best option. It will also improve my forearm thickness, which I'd be glad of. Can anyone tell me how to do it, or direct me to a link with a good description of it?
Will it help thicken my wrists also as I'd like to thicken them up a bit!

farmers walk, plate curls, plate pinching and static holds will do fine mate. google anything you don't know to get your form. also try including some thick bar work.

althougu i found the best thing to improve your forarms mass is heavyasfcuk lever work, say like, every other day do

3x2 lever work with progressively heavy levers [axe/maul/sledgey etc etc] the thicker the better too.

hold a 4/5/6lb sledgehammer/maul/axe/olyBB/big stick, as far as you can down the handle[the thicker the handle the better], and supinate>>>pronate your wrist. hold you elbow down by your side, and your forarm parallel to the floor.
