Grip fanatics look here pls.....

In your experience, how often can the grip be trained intensely?

I have two workouts for my hands and wrists.

1 -
Crushes (I squeeze/crush foam wrapped around metal bars of varying sizes).
Finger curls (this is just rolling heavy dbells or bar up and down my fingers using finger strength).
Pinch (I have some big flagstones that I use for this).

2 -
Reverse wrist curls (with dbells).
Leverage work (with a large mattock).

How often can I do these? Recently I have been alternating them doing one each day.

Also is my workout crap?

    I currently do Thick bar then lever holds (after chest and bi's on a Mon), and heavy pinch grip on a Friday after Back and traps which kinda screws my grip up anyway. Dunno if I could be doing it better but has worked OK for the few months I've been doing it.... time limits me doing much more than that.

    Right cheers J5, I will continue to train grip most days then, perhaps reduce number of sets slightly.

    Warming up is not really a problem for me as I'm big on stretches, that also includes all the muscles and tendons in my hands, wrists and so on. But I will try your order.....

    1:
    Plate curls
    Levering
    Reverse wrist curls

    2:
    Pinch
    Thick bar work
    Crushes
    Finger curls

    I can't leave any out, I like them too much!

    Anyone disagree and think the routine is still crap?

    just an added question. on top of drabs routine where would you placed CoC work.
