RE: Guerilla Cardio . OMG
Hello, i was just reading and i am not sure what Guerilla Cardio is exactly and was hoping someone could explain it for me. I lift consistently but need to lose some fat, so if this would help then i'de do it for sure. Is it just simply running in intervals like sprinting 15sec., then walk 1min, sprint 15sec, etc. and just repeat the process? and if so how long should it be done in total for, and how many days out of the week? Thanks for the help.
