Guidance maybe needed

Hi guys,

Just thought i'd drop in to see what you thougn of my routine.


day 1 - Chest and Biceps
Bench press 3 x10
Flies 3 x 10
Dumb bell bench press 3 x10



Day2 Shoulders, Back and Tris
Shoulder press 3 x10
straight arm out from body sidewards one (dont know the name)
Upwards raise 3 x10

Tricep Pull downs
Alternative grip pull downs

Lat pulldowns
Seated row

Day 3
6 Mile run

Day 4

    Not fussy on the routine, wouldn't run it personally.

    Where's the leg training??

    No deadlifts, chins?

    whats your goals mate?

    imo dont like it at all! on chest day you are doing no incline work yet two flat movements! would do one or the another! also drop the fly's example:
    bench press bb
    incline dd
    weighted dips

    you have lack of compounds squats and deadlifts you arent even working your legs! before we can suggest a routine we need to kno what you want to achieve!

    Like Griff says, dont like the routine as well (need to stop agreeing with you Griff )

    Day 2 is over full. No leg training as well which is strange.

    Can't you split it into a 3 day routine? Push/Pull/Legs for example. Plenty of routines about to pick one better than this one. IMO off Course
