Firstly it's not what you think gym rules are a very good idea and luckily the guys at the gym I train are very strong so are not impressed or usually ignore me and let me get on with my training so im quite lucky because the exercises I now do seem common place, but one rules should be added to the list of not being aloud to say the phase
