Gyms In Birmingham

Moving to birmingham in a couple of weeks and need somewhere to train where you don't need a membership
and wont cost the earth each visit. Going to be living in bournville for a bit to begin with, so anywhere near there
or around the city with some decent weights and a few cardio machines. Cheers

you want 'harbourne power and strength' - a few minutes from bournville. you can train without membership, or pay up a month at a time. its next to the swimming baths just off harbourne high st

havent beent here for a while, but it was a 'spit and sawdust' gym to be sure, 4 lifting platforms with benches/squat racks, lots of dumbells, a couple of chinup bars, a few machines, very limited cardio equpiment

good place. lots of very strong folk there.

there is a gym called fitness first on the pershore rd i think it costs 3 quid a shot and you dont have to be a member i live in bourneville.but to keep the cost down i train at home.there is also a gym next to northfield baths on the main rd it costs 3 quid a shot as well but not many large weights.but has good machines.no barbells just 20 kgs dumbells.

ginasmg - cool, maybe go up to fitness first. its just round the corner from the house, assumed it
    would be members only.
