I guess just play it by ear mate. Depending how sore you are from surgery, it might be best to just take some time out (not a bad thing anyway, let you CNS fully recover).

Just keep eating as you would when training to help curb muscle loss, but if you're cruising you should be fine anyways

How long are you anticipating being out of action?  unless its months, which i doubt, then carry on cruising, assuming you're cruising towards a blast?

is the surgery on NHS? (just a personal question)

Cheers for the reply kings of Leon. Yeah I'll aim to eat a decent diet and keep on my cruise. Didnt do this weeks just for the op but might Wack one in on sat. Read a few threads suggesting roids might speed up recovery anyway....debatable I'm sure. Cruising upto a blast in June of 500 test and 80 var. Can't wait for it! Hoping that 2 weeks off then light sessions of arms, back, shoulders legs for a week, then add in light chest and up rest so hopefully won't lose much.

Steak, glad ur goin for it too. Something u need to do for urself if ur like me...vain. Lol. I'm gettin it done with 'transform' a cosmetic company. My sister had the same surgeon for her boobs and he's awesome at minimal scarring and very experienced. Got it for 2470...maybe more than abroad but I wanted the follow ups and ability to go back if probs. Sure u'll b fine in Poland though.....is it medinek
