Gyno surgery advice!

i've had puffy nipples since puberty (now 25) and had a consultation with a surgeon today who has said he can remove the gland and liposuc the area but cant guarantee it will change the appearance of my nipples. The 'sales women' after was sayin they have to say they cant guarentee results to cover themselves but made me feel a bit gutted. pic below's of my chest when i'm relaxed and warm (being cold or pinching/rubbing they look fine).

has anyone had this sort of condition and got results from surgery????? ive never been overweight so dont think its a fat problem. any help would be much appreciated! need to make the choice to spend 2500 or not!! cheers lads

have you got hard lumps? if i were you i wouldnt bother with surgery (having had it myself) yours doesnt look bad especialy if that pic is in its worst state.
deffo dont have the lipo if you do JUST the gland removal, the lipo makes the recovery so much harder and it never feels right its not fat but strange underneeth

You shouldn't have any scars.  If your surgeon is talking about scars, get another.

They've got to mention scarring as it's a potential consequence of treatment regardless of how good the surgeon is. If they lied and told you there's no chance of scarring then yes maybe consider going to a more honest surgeon. The surgeon is right to mention it, just like they should mention there is risk of death, infection, haemorrhage etc. Unlikely, but possible

He said the incision points will b half moon under nips and small dot by armpits for lipo but said within year and half they will b un noticable. Im just wondering how they'll look in 5 months for my travels? Any ideas? This guy is meant to be the bollox. The advisor wouldnt let anyone else see me first!
