Solid sessions there mate,so this Ox's old program how you finding it?
 
Be interesting to see what the bloods show on this cruise especially since your running a blend instead.Are you going for a full panel or just total t ?

Lol. I usually forget to upload them to youtube when I'm at home, so when I'm at work updating my log, I tend to upload them then, but it takes longer as its through 3G or 4G not wifi.

Yeh I'm loving it mate, I'm only using the program for overhead press though at the moment, which I do on Saturdays.
 
Just total T again I think, I would like to do a full panel but I can't justify the cost.

Apologies for the lack of replies. Forum locked me out. I updated my email address for my account but when I had to verify it it wouldn't work for some reason, it was going wrong where you input the 4 random characters as shown in the image to confirm you aren't a robot. I was putting in the correct characters but it just kept saying they were incorrect, time and time again. So I couldn't verify and therefore log back in. I sent a message to admin but got no reply.
Tried again the next day through my phone and it worked, so it may have just been my browser playing up at work.

Cheers mate, yes I was well pleased with the 6 reps thats for sure.
I'm still doing IM jabs at the moment. I did have a try with some 30g pins that I already have but the gauge was just too small, it took ages to draw anything and when I tried to squirt what little amount it had drawn back out into the vial it took at lot of pushing to even get it moving so wasn't confident. I'm nearly out of my blues and greens anyway so I'm using them for now and then when its time to re-order I will get some 26g ones as well to use just for cruising.

I've had that issue as well, turned out to be a browser issue.  If I need to do anything that requires verification I need to switch browsers.  Chrome seems to be a bit twitchy.

All moved well. All bench press reps had a slight pause on the chest, so I'm pretty happy with these atm. Pulls ups were tough but mainly because of a callous on my hand that was pinching really hard when holding on lol.

Deadlifts were flying up, felt so strong on these, did 8 comfortable reps (not T&G) with a couple more in the tank I reckon. Pretty sure my old belt was holding me back on these a bit as I felt so much more support doing these with my new belt. Squats were kept lightish but with enough resistance to keep me focused, so not the easiest to do especially after deads but moved well. Ab wheel rollouts, the pain, why oh why would people do these every day lol.

What a workout, I felt so in the zone last night, and strong. Squats feel easy at the moment, keep surprising myself with the reps I'm pushing out. Fairly confident with my depth as well at the moment, if you want to check my depth my vid is on IG. Next week is 1+ week so I will be posting videos then anyway. The deficit deads moved nicely as well. My new belt seems to be giving me much better support, and therefore confidence with my lifts.
 
DB bench when doing my first set I could feel a very slight twinge in my right shoulder, nothing painful or anything, just something not quite agreeing with the movement. Could be just lack of practice though, and some more stretching before might be enough. But because of this I didn't go too heavy in the end, I'm not planning to anyway tbh, as my accessories are supposed to be more hypertrophy focused anyway.
 
DB Rows I was a bit optimistic with the fatgripz lol. Did 5 reps for each hand, but my grip was giving in by the 3rd reps, so took the fatgripz off then and blasted out 3 sets of 8, with minimal rest. Moved straight onto the lateral work, again completed with minimal rest. I was done in after that, first proper session where I've started to feel sick towards the end, in a good way though of course.
 
I'm not putting all this strength and energy down to the belt though of course, I'm starting to feel like this T400 blend is working its magic, and I'm only on a cruise dose. I've felt more during training these last 2 weeks than I did during my first blast, so something must be happening. 
 
My blood test kit arrived yesterday, so I can see what my T levels are doing. Be interesting to see what they are at this cruise dosage, compared to what they were during the blast. I can only do the test tomorrow morning, so I'm thinking of doing my weekly cruise jab tonight, instead of tomorrow night as planned. So that by the morning I should have a fresh dose already in my system, to give me more reliable results to compare to the last test to. Last time I took the test I did it the following morning after my jab, so does it make sense to do it that way again?

Lovely session there mate, squats looked good.
 
What's your reason behind the fatgripz rows?  Is the aim to build grip strength or back strength? I like thick bar training but it's important not to rob Peter to pay Paul.  This isn't meant to be a criticism, just trying to understand your goals.
