Weight is just about right on this, not going to increase for a while now as I know form will just suffer if I do.

I've come to the conclusion that these are now my least favourite exercise, the forearm burn after is rediculous.
Weight has dropped a little bit to around 88-89kg. I put that mainly down to coming off the MK677, although muscle definition looks good so still happy.
