Bench moved well, the final rep was a slight grind but had no doubts, a new PB is definitely on the horizon at the end of this plan. I'm loving this plan, so glad EdBanger recommended it, will be definitely using it again.

Cheers Dav.

The high pulls were for improving explosiveness, read on T-Nation that they were good for traps as well I think.

I'm tempted by power cleans, although technique is key like you say and I've always had the mindset that if I was to do any of the olympic style lifts I should have a coach guide me through them. If I keep it light though I should be ok though I guess, and I do like the look of them.

Join the powerclean club mate - although im only 1 session in. very technical but as Dav said lots of good YT vids - Animal has posted one on mine is a good help.

Make me stronger!

Bear in mind he trains at home, restricted room and no bumper plates makes oly lifting that much harder (though not impossible)

I'm always envious of those older chaps who unlike myself can still perform post-100 bench presses. Great work bud
