Mate, I got the same low test results and started the sauce. I must say the effects were better than I thought they'd be, and I got plenty of superb advice from the chaps on here.

Always risks involved... I B&C. Started taking gear yonks ago and have had spells in and out but a couple of years back figured seeing as PCT meds are just as harsh just to go back on again, B&C had a better cost:risk ratio and pretty much have little else in my life that is a health risk. I only cruise on TRT 'style' doses myself and have a good 3-4 month phase for each and blast on sensible doses so don't go mad. I never started with blood tests so have never followed up on them as I'll never get a true reading not ideal but also don't consider my use quite so extreme to stress over it... so while I can't back anything up with test results I've certainly not had any issues that I can quantify over the years

Yeh I'm gonna go with a basic 12 week Test cycle, see how I respond and if all seems well will continue with B&C. If it doesn't suit me then I will do a PCT and re-assess from there. Based on everyones experience and advice the test should work well, providing I don't get bunk gear. Now to find a suitable source lol.

Cheers mate, the van is ace I know! So pleased with it, everytime I drive it I get excited lol. We got a lot for our money as well I think, it got the full electrics pack (roof, blinds, air con etc) and came fully equipped with a canopy and awning so we haven't had to buy anything else...yet. We saw others online for more money with less features/equipment.

Had a great day on Saturday, only went to a place 5mins down the road for the day to get a feel for it. We are planning on using it properly this friday (weather permitting) for an overnight stay. This camping lark is all very new to us so we need to be broken in gently lol. We don't want to be going away for several days at a time yet as we have no idea what extra equipment we may need.

I can't wait to be honest. It's something I've wanted to try for a while, I've tried to wait as long as I can but now I've had my bloods confirmed I figured I might as well do it now. I'll always do bloods though I think, every 6 months at the start and then maybe once a year when I get the 'feel' for it.

The Mrs won't be happy though, I'll have to try and keep it quiet at first, then if I do feel any better from it I'll just tell her its for my benefit.

My Mrs doesn't like it but she also knows that her knowledge is zero and she trusts that I at least won't be reckless with my use... plus she knew I was using before we even got together which kind of helped avoiding the conversation. It is my only vice too, like she smokes, so until she quits we're even LOL

To try and get them to understand enough to see your reasoning, unless they are equal minded about training etc then I wouldn't expect miracles there but you can certainly get them to understand you will be sensible and that the media portrayal of roid heads compared to the degree you will be dabbling are a long way away from each other

As an experienced campervan enthusiast since 2007. I can tell you this.

You will eventually buy an unfathomable amount of kit.. and as the years drag on, you will start leaving the odd piece behind until eventually it’s just you,, your van, a chair and walking distance to the pub

This was one of my best holidays

No stress with an awning or cooking or washing up just beers and sitting and being outdoors lol!

I've mentioned it to her a few times over the last year or so. At first she seemed ok with it when I explained that it can beneficial for my mood swings etc, but for some reason now she's has become adamant that I'm not going on them, especially as its an 'underground' drug. She wasn't happy when I told her I was injecting BPC-157 into my wrist. Thinks it makes me a junkie lol.

She's often brought up the fact that she want's to have some of these botox face injections, so whenever she talks about sorting out her wrinkly face I say I'm aloud roids lol.

I will be honest with her, if she see's that it's beneficial to me in more ways than one then she'll prob be alright with it. But it will be hard to convince her before I start, that's why I might have to keep it quiet for the first few weeks.

She falls for all the bad publicity though with regards to any recreational drug use, she works for the police (admin based) so its drilled into her that drugs are the source of all evil and must be eradicated. She's think if you take 1 ecstacy pill you are going to die, when in reality there's barely any ecstacy related deaths, and the ones that are also involved a silly amount of alcohol with it. Same with roids, she'll thinks everyone turns into a meathead.

Thing is we do need some of the basics like a table and chairs to eat at, cooking equipment, kettle etc... I can't wait to be able to just jump in the van and go with a minimal amount of kit though. It will take time before we know what are essentials and what aren't.

The main things.

.Drive away awning. This will cost you the most. But if you camp with kids you need somewhere they can play and you ca sit if it rains.. and it rains a lot in England! Don’t want to be cooped up all of you in the van. Also it’s good to save your pitch if you go out for the day(you don’t have to take all your kit with you)

•Electric /gas stove. DO NOT FRY IN YOUR VAN. If it comes with a cooker only use it to boil water or warm up soup or beans. Frying in your van will fvck it up quicker then anything. Dry outside.

•Collapsible BBQ and if poss a small fire pit.... cause fire! It is simply the best thing to cook with, sit around at night and kids love toasting marshmallows and making s’mores.

•Your fridge you should be 3 way.

•Electric hookup Cable

•Camping chairs.

•Camping table

•Smaller camping table (for cooking with)

It’s end of the season now so get down a go outdoors and look through their Sale items. You get big discounts if you get a loyalty/membership card.. it’s like £5 for a year

Cheers for the tips Animal. We got an awning with the van but not sure if it will be big enough yet, its more of a 'porch' than anything with no seperate rooms so may need to upgrade anyway. We are going camping this friday to try it all out. Chairs and table are going to bought this week.

Somehow managed to forget to post Monday's workout whilst online yesterday.

Monday 17/09/18

Squats
70 x 5
105 x 3
120 x 3
135 x 5
112.5 x 5, 5, 3

CG Bench
70 x 8
80 x 6
85 x 4

Scull Crushers
32.5 x 10, 8, 6

Romanian Deadlift
100 x 3x10

Squats moved well. Managed to push the 135 from 3 to 5 reps, although looking back I could have got a couple more, don't know why I didn't push myself a bit further. The 112.5 were volume sets I added after. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do after my max set so initially set a target of 3x5 @ 75%, although I was feeling fatigued by this point so I think going from here on I will just be doing the 'first set last' approach, going for max reps.
