I've already got a dip belt so halfway there lol. The belt squat project would need me to get some pulleys and other stuff made, which will require some assistance off my old workshop buddies so it won't be something I can get done quickly. I will have a go at it when I get chance in the future.

 
1RM's @ BW 90kg:
Squat - 160kg / Bench - 115kg / Deadlift - 210kg / Strict OHP - 77.5kg

Great prsesing there mate, smooth reps there. Feel your pain on am training - I do enjoy triceps but hate bicep training and feel its a slog. Bench looking tasty as well
