Scary stuff with the fire mate I know over here we have had some serious fires certainly puts you on edge .
 
Weird what's happening on the cycle,now this is just a thought as I am know very little about roids LOL.But if you are low naturally and feel off mentally when you've doubled your test levels and feel better on the mental side could it be your body is using the test more to balance the mental side which is leaving very little left over for muscle etc.
 
Just going off myself as you know I have DNA mutations that use sh1t load of test to run properly so when I go on this trt I know a huge amount is going used up by these first just to run right then any spare will go into other things.
 
Its just a thought



I know what your saying mate, and I think thats why TRT done properly can be such a minefield, the body works in mysterious ways, and what works for one person may not work for the next. Thats why I asked you about the DNA test in your journal, as it may be useful in seeing what could potentially be wrong with my fvcked up hormone system. I will see how it goes with this T400 blend goes though for now, monitor bloods and work from there.

Bench

140 x 20, 16, 12, 8, 4
 
Boom! Hit my bench target of 120kg, get in! Mega happy with this. It moved quite nicely as well, there was no pause there but I haven't trained with a pause for a while now so this is expected. There was wasn't too much of a grind either, I just knew I had it on the descent. I did try a 122.5 after just to see if I had it in me, but this was a no go pretty much from the start. I may have had it in me if I hadn't done the 120 before, but I don't care about that right now. What matters is that I got the 120kg I wanted. Previous 1RM was 115, so this is only a 5kg increase, but I did base my calculations of a 1RM of 110, so its all good.
 
Triceps were pretty much done in after though, even the lighter sets of 75 after felt tough. So I skipped pin press and arms, and just gave my calves a quick blast. Increase in weight on these as well by 10kg, but maintained the same reps.

Nice work on the pb's, pal. Re the gear, I watched a YouTube post by Dave Crosland where he mentions that the labs can't test the quality of the raw ingredients that combine to make the T.

Lovely squat PB mate, looked very solid indeed.  Camera angles and even clothing can influence how deep a squat looks.  Your's was bang on so no problem there.
 
Double congrats for the bench PB.  Are you using leg drive?  From your video I would say no.  With a tighter arch and leg drive you'll get more weight.  Looks like you're bouncing the bar off your ribs.  Nothing wrong with letting the bar sink in a bit and using you body to get the bar moving but I would avoid actively bouncing it mate.

Cheers mate. Yes I do use a bit of leg drive actually, although it doesn't show very well in the videos. I also do arch my back, it feels like a really tight arch when I'm setting up but it always looks like my back it perfectly flat on the bench when I look back at it lol. I agree on the bounce though, I need to work on more paused bench work now, gonna try and fit in some floor press and board/pin presses as well.

Good stuff mate, hard to tell with the angle.  As a master film maker I can make these criticisms.

Nice work on the bench mate, imo try and get a little more lat activation in on the descent..use them like springs, it looks like you maybe going a little loose into the bottom part of the lift and you'll lose power that way.

Jayboy - I don't wear a belt for bench, it was cold in the garage last night though so I had my jacket on. Must just look a bit belt-like in the video lol.

back to back PB are usually an ambitious thing to do unless you breeze the first one. Just allow for recovery and take what you got, a new PB is always a good achievement

I saw that too. Makes some interesting points. We are very quick to jump on the 'it's fake' bandwagon.
 
Truth is though I would have thought if there was a severely under dosed batch there would be a lot more people coming forward or moaning about it?
 
With the T400 it's a mixed blend isn't it? Whats the advantages of this mate and does it require more frequent pinning due to the content?

The T400 is a blend yes. It has different esthers with different half lifes so some release quicker than others, nothing fancy about it really but its stronger mg per ml, so less oil per pin. Pinning frequency will be the same, however after this week I'm going onto cruise dose so will be reducing to once a week anyway.
 
I've been told its good so I'm giving it a try.

Well considering my first ever blast was a bit of a let down, I can't help but doubt it lol. Here's to next time tho!

I was reading about T400 the other day and there is a test floating about showing that it has prop instead of deca in it. Prop is the one that requires frequent pinning I believe. Animal might be able to shed some more light on this?

It has both prop and deca.. it has lots of esters

Test-Decanoate 200mg/ml,
Test-Cypionate 120mg/ml.
Test-Acetate 20mg/ml,
Test-Phenylpropionate 30mg/ml
Test-Propionate 30mg/ml

I Pin 150 every 10 days on a cruise

Maybe I'm getting mixed up with another type. Tri test maybe?
 
With the prop in it wouldn't that mean you get spikes throughout the week though as that released over a few days?
