HANDS

Hey people

I am just wondering when you train do you hands grow?

May sound a bit of a strange question but just wondering

    the small hand muscles should, I havent really noticed any difference at all though

    I think mine have grown a little, the muscle at the bottom of my thumb seems bigger just wondered if like the fingers got a bit fatter etc etc

    i've been training for just under a year and i can no longer get any of my rings on my fingers. so i my case, training has made my hands grow

    all natural, no proteenz, you only got one liver son------mr angry (jacked fibras cut like diamonds)

    Palms appear wider due to added muscle tissue and possibly bone density but the dont grow as such

    If you do a lot of boxing training you get a slight spreading of the knuckles.I suppose your hand muscles would get bigger as your hands get stronger.Or if you get fat.Chubby fingers and all

    Chest - 40"
    Bicep - 15"
    Forearm - 13"
    Waist - 32"
    Hands-9" Going to add another 2lbs to my hand curls

    I seem to have developed a rather large bumpy muscle just to the sides of both of my thumbs. It sticks out a mile when i make a fist, so yeah hands have grown in a way lol.

    Yes the muscles in your hands will grow just like any other skeletal muscles

    And yes the mucsle next to/base of your thumb does grow from gripping etc.

    If you watch Lee Priest - Blond Myth you can see some footage of that muscle on Lee - its impressive - if you were so inclined of course.
