HEAVY GRIP/HAND GRIPPER TRAINING

Hello, i mentioned these in another thread, just wondering if anyone uses them on a regular basis. If so, what do you think about them?. If this as already been covered (assuming it probably has), let me know where i can find it.

Cheers.

Got them out of the cupboard the other day, gived them ago again, sure feel it in the forearms today. Not sure if pics uploaded. There hand strength grips, like a nutcracker with heavy variable sized springs, different grades.

All look a similar kind of thing. I bought them a few years ago to help with grip strength. I started using them, but then the novelty wore off. Hands got a bit sore, started getting weird pains, maybe if id kept on with it for a few months that would have eased.. They get good reviews online, but so does everything. Would be good to get some feedback from someone here who has used them regularly. I have the 200, 250, 300. The 300 i can just about close with my right hand, no chance with the left. God knows who buys the 350s, serious grip strength, captain america maybe:). As i said though, gets sore with the knurly bits, need an hand towel to cushion the old palms. As im taking my deadlifting a bit more serious, i may embark on a few months trial again, see how it goes, might be too much though, wel see.

AS Lone_Wolf says Mobster is the expert on grip related equipment.
IIRC he is a fan of the Captain of Crush Grippers.
