HEEELLLPPPPPPP :)

Working full time and a 8 months old baby has pretty much taken up all my time, and as i dont feel its fair to come in from work and go straight back out 4 nights a week to go to the gym, I have decided to start going before work at 6am.

the routine i have decided on is a basic one.

i am looking to add mass, so trying to come to the best rep scheme, i was thinking something like 12, 12 12, 6,6 6 for all exercises??? any advice? thank you

   bicep curls

chest tri - Tuesday

3 to 4 sets of 8-12 reps will be plenty. I'd recommend checking out Stronglifts though... great basic routine. Your diet will be the most important factor for gaining weight, so make sure you get that nailed.
