HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a beginner, i have got a workout plan sorted out but i need a diet, can anybody help???

I weigh 9 St 7/8 or just under 140 pounds, and i need to know what to eat and when and all that

    To start with mate, it'd be a good idea to post up what you are currently eating and at what times etc. Then people will be able to critique it/advise.

    I'm guessing you're trying to bulk up so make sure you're getting plenty of carbs along with your protein. I'm not the best person to ask on diet info but if you post up your current diet i'm sure a few of the guys and gals in here will be able to sort you out.

    Well i generally eat whaetever, meat, pasta, pizza, fish that kind of thing.
    I never eat breakfast, but i eat dinner and tea, with chocolate and crisps and that kinda thing in between

    First thing you need to eat breakfast most important meal of the day imo, get rid of chocolate and crisps swap for fruits, nuts
