HELP I NEED TO SORT MY DIET!!!!

Im training to cut up define and build lean muscle & i want to lose bodyfat.

My tarinig day diet with supplyments is:

Brekie. 9.am Small bowl of Poridge (made with soya milk) and sultamas

Train 10.am

Lunch 13.30 Fruit Smoothie or Tuna salad sandwich with pro-peptide mixed with water.

Dinner 17.30 Fish (either cod makrel or salmon) with rice and salad (sumtimes Veg)

21.00 pro peptide mixed with water

22.30 Bed.

I try 2 drink 1ltr of water and 2-3 cups of green tea each day also.

Any suggestions on how i can improve this to gain maximum lean muscle definition???

    Yeh iv been trining for about 5yrs now & have the mass & shape i want iv always found it hard to cut up & now im really determined to get the muscle deffinition i want.

    Iv tried excess cardio (cycling rowin playing football), iv tried light weight high reps training, iv tried low calorie high protien diets!! Im pullin my hair out!!!!!

    Its easy once you get it right. Balanced cardio and weights and a good diet (in a calorie deficit) and you can't go wrong!

    I wish it was that easy!!!!! wot kind of foods/sups shud i add is there anythin i shud take out my diet???

    Have you read the cutting link mate!!? Its all in there.....

    You can eat anything so long as you remain in deficit. Supps are just that, supplements when the diet is bang on.

    I train first thing in the morning & im tryin 2 cut up i cycle 1.5 miles to the gym & 1.5miles bak 4 times a week. Shud i train on a empty stomach? iv been reading bthat you shud do cardio on empty stomach, but i do my cardio on the way to & from the gym so im abit confused??!?!?!? Shud i wake up at the crack of dawn do 30mins cardio on a empty stomach come home have my breeky then go gym??

    Sounds good.

    Wake, eat nothing, morning steady state cardio ~40 mins.

    Fuel up protein and carbs.

    Train later.

    1.5 miles to and from the gym will only take 5 mins max each way, not exactly cardio!

    It takes me about 10-15mins to get to the gym & the same on the way bak there r quite a few hills on my route! Shud i have a blast on my bike in the morning cum home have sum oats porraige with sum protein then 1hr later (digestion time dont want a stich) go gym???

    Shud i just maximise cardio and have 3 meals a day of high protein low calories to lose weight & cut up???

    you need to eat 6 times a day with smaller meals all with quality protien in each meal. Carbs will be dependant on your lifestyle to adjust those accordingly and also make sure you have healthy fats in your diet. Articles will answer all of your questions mate, just have a read
