HELP NEEDED DESPERATELY

Hi every one
basically, i ve been training about 18 months now n have mainly bulked
i have cut once but couldnt stand losing size so continued to bulk
i have taken alot of supplements and havent really had a break from them so
for the past mont h i have been on milkthistle n water formula to clean my liver up a bit
i havent been on anything illegal although i have taken test boosters such as gapsari novedex
and applied neutrecuticals drive, along with tons of creatine stuff no xplode supperpump etc
so basically i now weigh around 16 stone 11
n have a 50 inch back, 47.5 inch n 16.75 inch arms and 35 inch waist measured inch above belly button
i really want to cut down properly n maintain the muscle i have gained
i am willing to be patient n cut slower to ensure i keep muscle
but i really need advice as to what my diet should be like as i will be satrtin this as soon as i reach 17 stone
within the next month or so
i could also do with advice on the type of training or supplemtns u would reccomend

start weight 80 kg
current weight 102 kg(16 stone)
bench 130 kg
deadlift 180 kg
dumbell shoulder press 32.5 kg for 6 reps

    To start with just use the diet you have now and reduce calories. Post up your current diet and some reccomendations can be made. You could also add cardio if not doing it already.

    well my diet isnt really a set one it vaires daily
    it ry to get in roughly 8 meals in
    it looks roughy like half weight gain shake (20 gram pro 35g maltodexrtin) and 6 weetabix
    2hours l8r
    5 slices wholemael bread n can of tuna
    2hours l8r 5 eggs and steamed veg n rice or pasta (wholemeal)
    b4 trainin weight gain shake (40 g protein n 60 g carbs)and banana and orange
    after shake again
    meal maybe chicken or fish with large proetion of pasta or riice
    larege bowl of porridge 2 hours after
    milk before bed
    i try take in roughyl 4500 - 5000 claories i f i can
    i really dnt know what 2 eat tho on a cut to keep muscle
    or how fast to drop calories

    could really do wiv a diet and traing plan please
    any help wud be greatly appreciated

    by the way i am 6 ft 1 so if i do cut to say 14- 14 and a half stone
    will this look good as in a bodybuilding type build or more of an athletic one
