HELP??

Hi im 19 years old and have been going to the gym for about 2 years, i used to go a few times a week then about a year ago started going more often and eating right and started seeing effects... Iv been taking protein supplements for about 6 months but i think iv reached some sort of plateau cos i seem to grow more when i skip the gym than when i do go??
I am seriously considering starting my first anabolic steroid cycle but have a few concerns
what do i need to take aswel for liver strength etc??
what if i get bad acne again (i have just recovered from pretty bad acne and its all now gone)

AT 19 YOU DO NOT NEED STEROIDS, TEHY COULD DAMAGE YOU FOR LIFE AS YOU'VE NOT STOPPED DEVELOPING

You have plenty of natural test in your system. I'd concentrate on eating more and making sure your routine is right. Post them up in the appropriate forum and you'll find something wrong - trust me. If you're not growing, one of these is at fault.

If you do decide to take steroids (bad idea) then injectables put less pressure on your liver, and it's best to drink loads. ome people use milk thistle.

If you get acne then most types of gear will make it a lot lot worse. Most cycles are based around test (especially first ones) and this WILL make acne come back - trust me, I'm 27 and it makes mine come back!

You cannot ask where to get it from mate, I'd edit your post. You are now likely to get emails from people offering you juice, DO NOT ACCEPT them, they are 99% fake. If you train in the right gyms, and research enough you'll find a good source.

    So

    1. edit your post to remove source request
    2. don't take steroids for a few years

Probably not the answer you want, (& im not exactly an expert ;) ) but before had even thought about AAS i thought I'd hit a plateau about 3 yrs ago. My mate told me to switch from training the way i was (split bodyparts) and try training based on the westside routine which is all about power and speed and I got way stronger and as a results put on about half a stone in 2 months. Not bad without any gear. Hope thats some help.
