HELP please!?

Hi every one,

Ive been training for my rowing for years, but getting more now interested in doing it for fun, building up and gaining good physique.

Im pretty much sorted on the workout aspect of things with regards to what ive got to do but i was wondering if you could give some advise on the supplement side of things??

Im 6'2", 92kgs, strong legs, back and midriff section, but my shoulders and chest are on the weak side due to the rowing.

Im quite open to any training tips reallly.

Cheers[:I]

    Dolex,

Build up, get good definition (but not gain loads of mass) and lose quite a bit of fat. I dont know what my BF level is but im not 'fat' or owt.
