RE: HELP with program please
I get it now, yes we used to do leg extensions in the beginning but now we only do leg presses and squats followed by more squats holding free weights (yuck!!!) oh and we do these hamstring curl things on a machine that i hate cos they hurt like hell. I don't know the proper names for these things sorry.
So I have to do more cardio, i will try and up it to 4 hrs per week with some running although i hate running as it aggrivates my knee joint, but i will persevere.
I have noticed that the EC i am taking is starting to have much less effect now too, in the beginning it took away my appetite totally now it doesn't seem to do that for more than 30 mins or so, i take 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine twice a day but i figure i'm goona have to up it to 3x a day.
