HERES MY DIET HOPE ITS DONE CORRECT
1- my-goals I just want to add more lean muscle.
Ive been training for 2 and a half yrs but for a 1yr or so of that i was overtraining. (doing it wrong)
2-On a workout day
11.45-Get up.Warm up stretch.
13.45-50g cyclone with semi skimmed milk.
14.15-4 pork chops in olive oil with egg fried rice.
17.00-Pasta with whole tin of tuna or cheese.
20.00-400g beef with 1 egg fried rice.
22.00-4pk of munch bunch yogurts.
00.00-50g cyclone with semi skimmed milk 1 scoop of peanut butter
3-height 5.11. weight 170lb. id say about 15% bodyfat
4-Dont work at the moment just do my routine everyweek.Go for short walks.Walk my dogs.Go shoppin occassionally.
my bad point smoke half a weed blunt a night but ive cut down dramatically.
5-maximuscle cyclone 100g a day
6- Calorie intake
kcals varies from 3700-4200
carbs 620g (including all drinks juice lucozade)
7-Was having a few bags of crisp and choc bar on the weekend a few weeks ago.Had a mcdonalds last weekend havin a lare meal plus another big mac (bad).From now on im not lookin to eat any fast foods or crisps choc etc.
8-All my fruit juices and lucozades is included in the calorie intake above.Sometimes i drink a few cartons of fruit juice a day plus 4 or so lucozades.Do drink water when i train and throughout the day occasionally.
9-Cyclone which contains whey i mix it with semi skimmed milk as said above.
Also contains for me each day 8.5g creatine monohydrate
8.5g of glutamine
2.5g of hmb.
So thats my diet hope it looks good please tell me wat or where i should change it. It will be much appreciated thanks.
