HGH supplement?

Is it worth taking a HGH supplement, in the form of natural herbals?

I'm 30 BTW, and a slow gainer.

if it's based on ornithine, arginine etc than there is evidence to support the view that they raise HGH.

Unfortunately this doesn't necessarily mean anything though as the rise is not usually meaningful in terms of amount of effect, which in some ways is a shame.

However, small, free, changes to your daily routine (better sleep quality/duration etc) can have MUCH bigger long term effects

As above. Forget legal, hgh "formulations". The only way to raise HGH to meaningful levels is to inject synthetic HGH. This of course is not an over-the-counter product.
