Not bad mate. I've got a rotator cuff injury at the moment, but it seems to be getting better slowly so I'm hopeful that it isn't torn. I'm going to try and squat (light and with a wide grip) in about half an hour and see how I get on.

Rogue Zero isn't a strong lad - he's an absolute freak of nature! Check out his training log at www.iron-city.net. Why not start one here too mate? Any more info for me on the rack? Cheers

    Welcome on board m8.

Had a read of your log on iron city - impressive lifting!

Have you ever considered Strongman? I read you train over in Rochester - last week there was a strongman contest at Beefs Gym.

    Whats your current bodyweight?

The kent area is a real hot bed of Strongman training, so if you are interested in adding some variety to your training then you couldnt be in a better place.

70Kg Dumbell presses (per bell) suggests you could do some serious damage on the Log press event

Colin A. who frequents this board, trains, competes and promotes contest in your area. I'm sure he can point you in the right direction.
