HIIT timing

I usually cardio on my days off from weights, but tongiht I have to do it after weights. My usual cardio is HIIT and I know some people say its ok to do Steady State cario after weights. Would it be ok to HIIT straight after weights instead (obviously with a protein shake between the two)?

Cheers

Of course it's okay! You won't wake up in the morning having lost all your gains! I wouldn't advise it all the time though!

All depends on what your aiming for right ?
So fat loss, then sure do it afterwars for half the ammount of time you'd normaly do it, so me around 12mins.
On days you dont do weights, you know do it as normal.

Actually on my off days im doing guerilla cardio in the morning [well trying to haha] and normal HIIT in the evening. Probably not all the time, but when I can.

Take a look at http://www.johnstonefitness.com - and if your like he was at the start [same as me], then maybe try out what he did.
Anyway check the site out, its quite cool
