HIIT vs Steady State - The Final Showdown

Which form of cardio do you prefer for burning fat and overall conditioning?

Don't bother arguing the case because we've seen loads of threads like this before.....

I just want some figures!!!

    I cant seem to justify training for just 20 mins, I like to go out biking for an afternoon at a time, It's what i do

    that poll is very narrowly put and not a fair one.

    what about those who do HIIT for more than 20 minutes??? a fairer poll would be HIITvs everything else [and you also didn't mention what the goal of traiing was!!! muscular-endurance, cardiorespiritory endurance, weight<read:fat loss etc etc].
