HMB?

What are your thoughts on this product guys?
 
Planning on adding more cardio to my sessions and thought this might be handy as it claims to help prevent catabolism etc.

    never used it myself, but i dont think it is that highly thought of.

    personally i would try BCAA (although a few people on here dont like that either...)

    My current whey is pretty high in BCAA so not really looking to add more etc

    Have used HMB a few times.
    Usually use for about 3months at a time, Great Results
