Im still on my 5x5 routine but may give this a go afterwards.
DerMalePhonkMann - The rep scheme changes every 2 weeks by the sound of it, 2 weeks of 15 reps, 2 weeks of 10 reps and 2 weeks of 5 reps.
So J5 would you maybe take out some of the isolation exercises so the workout would look more like
Bent Over Rows
Can you honestly deadlift and squat on the same day 3days a week? :-s
