HST Training

Has anyone heard of this method of training? Seems to involve 3 FULL BODY workouts a week. I have posted a image below of a sample workout. Personally i dont think id really like it but seems alot of people have made good gains.

Let me know what you think folks....

very similar to what Chad Waterbury recommends. In that because the sets are so low, u can train a muscle 2-4 times a week, if the sets were higher it wouldnt work, of course factors such as sleep & nutrition must be good as well for it to work.

Im still on my 5x5 routine but may give this a go afterwards.

DerMalePhonkMann - The rep scheme changes every 2 weeks by the sound of it, 2 weeks of 15 reps, 2 weeks of 10 reps and 2 weeks of 5 reps.

So J5 would you maybe take out some of the isolation exercises so the workout would look more like

    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Bent Over Rows
    Dips
    Overhead presses
    Babell Curls
    Bench Dips
    Calf Raises
    Abs

Can you honestly deadlift and squat on the same day 3days a week? :-s

Probably better off deadlifting first then doing front squats.
