Hair Friendly Cycle

Trying to pick out a cycle that is as easy going on my hair as possible. I’ve dwindled it down to Var only or deca and low test. I’m opting for deca and low test. My plan is to run a cycle at 250mg Test E and 400mg Deca a week. Do you guys think this is enough to make decent gains aswell as being easy on the barnet? Cheers.

    Sounds reasonable

    Welcome to MT

You could also add finasteride to inhibit DHT conversion. There is a bit of a myth surrounding Finasteride & Deca....

On balance I believe there is greater benefit derived from the inhibition of test to dht, than the unwanted effect of the inhibition of deca conversion to dhn.

What we're talking about is the fact that dhn is weaker androgenically than its parent hormone, deca. However, deca is not particularly androgenic at all to start off with, so the fact that you would be keeping deca 'intact' (in regard to 5a reduction) is not at all a problem.

The deca/finasteride 'issue' is a classic case of "a little information in the wrong hands...."

Deca does not suddenly become a hairline demon just because you are inhibiting it's conversion to dhn. It just doesn't convert (as much) but it's rarely problematic (as far as mpb goes) in the first place!!
