I cant imagine they do anything other than a temporary coating...boots sell regain but not sure if it works, and its continual use so start splashing the cash !!!

I am 'thinning' and just keeping it semi-short, waiting for the hammer to fall.

Grow old gracefully, shave it if its going bald. Its like trying to stop the tide, it ain't gonna happen. The more you try to hide it, the more people will take the piss. Trust me.

Viking hit the nail on the head IMO.

Don't think that shaving it will hide the baldness however... it just looks better

Mines been thinning for ages now and is pretty blatant. I started getting it cut short and haven't looked back. Best thing you could do IMO.

I work for a hair cosmetics company.you might wanna try KMS Amp volume shampoo and reconstructor, will only be available in salons or via two online suppliers - www.hairtec.com or www.lookfantastic.com

Product is formualted to add volume and thickness to existing hair...but to be 100% honest I cant see it making a huge difference if your hair is thinning.....the way to go is accept it and keep it shorter and/or in a style that minimises your thinnning or receding hairline
