Half marathon training plan.

I didnt have a chat with targets to hit each week from 10 weeks out. God knows where i put it.
Any one got any good links or PDF's?
My cardio at the minute is something between non exsistant and dead. However its not going to be till september. Iv done the keswick to barrow 40k and Hadrians wall 20k. They where two years ago tho. Id like some structure to my training this time.

I use the Bupa plans for my running training.  Mainly because I started with the 10k and enjoyed it.  I sort of get their methodology now so used the link below for my half and will use it again.  Will no doubt follow their full marathon plan when I attempt one later in the year.

Note - they do a beginner and advanced version too but I tend to follow the intermediate.

Try one of these plans from Hal Higdon.  They are pretty solid, and the man knows his runners.
