Halo 100mg Log 8weeks

I thought i would start a log for this (a little late but its only really starting to kick in now)
 
im in to my 4th week @ 100mg ed its really kicking in now strength has really gone up managed 100kg bench press for 8 reps this morning which is very good for me, then i did 105 for 5 and 107.5 for 3.
 
keeping my diet in check over christmas and new year was very difficult so i just tried to keep protein high and not worry too much about everything else and obviously keep chocolate etc.. to a minimum. i also drank on a few occasions (i know bad idea) on those days i dropped the dose to 50mg.
 
My gym was also shut alot over christmas so i have been doing the 300 workout to keep me ticking over. 
 
i go on holiday next month for my honeymoon so my focus is now on stripping fat and maintaining gains. i am dropping carbs except around training and keeping protein high with moderate fats.
 
so far i have put on about 9lbs shoulders and arms noticeably bigger, body fat looks around the same or maybe slightly less. Sides wise, the main one is my sex drive has decreased a fair bit, im ok when i get going but defo not as horny as usual. is there anything i can do to combat this? i was thinking of adding prov but it didnt do a great amount last time.
 
Im thinking of adding Bodyconcious Armour to my pct (nolva anf clomid) but i keep reading conflicting reports on using ostarine during PCT. what are peoples thoughts on this?

    For me the only time I haven't had sex drive issues on cycle was with dermatrest. So I highly recommend that.
     
    As to PCT, I found osta made for a very smooth PCT strength/wellbeing wise however I didn't use it in my current PCT and feel as though this PCT has been my best yet for recovery.
     
    Unfortunately I find there's too many opinions on either side of the fence so it really comes down to what suits you mate.

    thanks for the reply, i like the look of bc armour so i may get it and give it ago.
     
    its probably a little late in the day to add trest so ill probably ride it out and see how i get on with ostarine in pct

    Sounds great strength and size wise. What's diet like?

    My libido was fine on Halo, and outstanding on M4OHN.

    Have you had any BP or headaches issues?

    Diet has been pretty good high protein and clean except for a week over xmas/new year. Diet now is nailed, pretty much just eating.....
     
    chicken/steak/eggs/tuna/whey/lean beef mince/0% greek yogurt
    nuts/nut butters/avacados
    oats/rice/potatoes
    plenty of veg mainly brocolli/spinich tho and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day
     
    i am keeping carbs around training unless i feel i need some then i will have a small amount with my evening meal.
    no alcohol until i go on holiday at the end of feb, i have also given up bread until i go away.
     
    i dont know about bp but i have a medical on friday so i will update then, i was getting some headaches at the beginning but that is normal for me when i begin a cycle. im drinking a lot of water and taking NAC for the liver.
     
    I trained back yesterday and i felt crazy pumped, muscles were solid and i looked noticeably bigger. Im off to the gym in a bit and im gonna take some measurements that i will pop up later.

    Update
     
    No weights today but i played squash tonight, first real cardio in a few weeks, it was hard going. i have a bit of a chesty cold type thing which isnt helping. 
     
    i took some measurements this morning my arms have increased an inch and i have lost an inch on my waist.
     
    diet today
     
    9.00am (woke late as i have been on night shifts)
     
    9.30 - 50g isolate, 25g ultra fine oats in a shake, 1 apple
     
    12.00 - 1 tin of tuna, half an avacado
     
    15.00 - 1 chicken breast, half an avacado, leafy salad
     
    17.00 - 250g 0% greek yogurt, 1 scoop choc whey, portion of almonds
     
    19.00 - played squash
     
    21.00 - large portion of homemade beef chilli, small portion of basmati rice, lots of broccoli 
     
    opinions on diet are welcome.

    Sounds good - so doing the maths for me... what g of carbs do you have on average per day? - without strength increase being compromised?

    ill be honest i dont calculate macros. i adjust my diet on how im feeling and what the mirror is telling me. i know from experience what works best for me and that is low carb but not no carbs. No carb diets seem to completely drain me. if my weight starts coming down too fast i will bump up the carbs slightly, i willl do the same if i feel my energy going down.

    Fair comment, i guess it's what's in the mirror that counts. I do like to track macros though to give myself some certainty/confidence i am not falling short or over eating. As you say though, it's easy to judge diet if you've counted macros in the past for months at end (as i have). I do enjoy fitness pal in the first week though as a health check.

    i used to count macros, fitness pal is good but i just cant be bothered at the minute tbh.
     
    ive developed a proper cold which is annoying, hopefully it goes soon it ruined training yesterday.
     
    had bp taken last night the doctor said it was spot on.

    I had a cold when i did halo - took 4 days off the gym.

    I had a cold when i was on epi - recovered in 1 day.

    I had a cold on M4ohn and trained through it with success.

    Had this cold all week, really doing my head in, struggling to get in to any training, i have been plodding on tho.
     
    Trained shoulders today and had quite a good session strength is up  managed standing OH Barbell press @ 60kg for 5 sets strict.
     
    Im playing squash tonight.
     
    fat seems to be coming off abs are slowly coming through.

    Update
     
    Coming to the end of the cycle now i have a week to go.
     
    This weekend has been a bit rubbish diet wise, ive been on very low carbs  and for some reason friday night i cracked and had a chippy tea then saturday was a birthday party for my brothers birthday so had a few drinks and a buffet then sunday i ate crap again.
     
    Positives tho, all the family were commenting at how "ripped" i look and i had all the lads asking about my training and wanting tips 
     
    i went shopping sunday for some holiday clothes (go to jamaica end of feb) and it was ridiculous i couldnt get short sleeve shirts to fit my arms or if i did then the button was popping on the chest haha and this is on a cut with my abs coming through so not fat. on that note i am defo losing fat as my wife started moaning at me that i was looking too trim and that i was gonna show her up on the beach flol.
     
    Trained chest and triceps this morning now bearing in my my bench has always been pathetic i felt strong as f*ck today (probably all the **** at the weekend) at the start of the cycle i was probably benching 100kg for 1, i banged out 10x100kg went up to 115kgx3 so my strength has increased massively. i think i could have done 120kg for 1 but i had no spotter.

    sex drive still isnt the best but not too bad
    i have had some aching joints, again not too bad but my elbow did effect my training the other week.
    nads dont seem to have gone too small which is a bonus

    Sounds good. Always good to be ripped and not fat.

    I am very much debating whether to go the same route i.e. cut, or just lean bulk mixed with plenty of cardio. I always feel short changed if i haven't gained muscle. Never really embraced a cut so who knows. I know i don't ha ha.

    Either way, 8 weeks is the way to go - means you have time to get results.

    well i am cutting and have gained a good amount of muscle so a lean bulk should deliver very good results. depends what you want really its always nice to look big in clothes but i always feel better when my body fat is low.
     
    my cut isn't super strict like tomorrow i will be going out for a meal with work ill just make sure i train before then have a nice big steak and spud for my meal. most weekends i have been lax aswell i make sure i get the protein in but i dont stress too much about eating some crap. at the end of the day i have no interest in stepping on stage im just trying to lean up for a holiday.
