yes ... get captains of crush from london kettlebells or direct from ironmind in the states (with currency conversion they are still cheaper than pullums).

How often would you use these?

Once a week like a normal muscle or are hands different?

Go for the 1 and 2 if you're confident of your grip. Otherwise T and 1. Only problem with getting them abroad is that they're sold mail order and not retail as far as I know. If you get someone else to order them for you so you can collect them that might work

    hey "stag" checkout

    http://www.handgrippers.co.uk/

the "barbarian grippers": they're the dogs nuts...... trust me.

They're as well built as Captains Of Crush and they come in increments of 20-30lbs. I think lightest they have is 70lb then 100, 130, 160, 180, 200, 220 and so on up to 300. They are made to order come in various finishes - anodised black with chrome spring, brass/chrome or unfinshed alu. I picked up a kit containing the 130, 160 and 180 for 50 sheets and was chuffed.

Although Im pretty sure the mods and others will agree, for real forearm development you gotta add in wrist curls, heavy farm walks and behind back wrist curls to name a few.

Nice one Kenwen: when I hook myself up with the 200lb gripper Ill be going to intense fitness. I didn't realise that you could get them anywhere but the handgripper.com website (i.d thought that was the R Barbarian home site....doh).

And yeah their service was lousy!
