Hand Grips

A mate of mine has some hand grips that he says have helped him build up his forearms quite a lot. These are pretty similar:

Just wondering how effective you guys think they are at building forearms. They're pretty cheap so might buy some if they are actually effective

yep they work pretty well, check out the site below as they do a range from easy to hard to impossible. The HG100 is a good place to start and most ppl can close them. Once you can close it on each hand for 12reps or so then move up to the HG150 which is a fair bit harder.

LOL If your talking about those plastic handle ones you can buy in a sports shop, you'll be in for a surpise when you first try a real gripper

Not many people can close a CoC no.1 or HG150 first time up.

when I got the HG100 I could close it with my right about 3times and 0times with my left. After a few months managed to get up to 20reps on each side. Bought the 150 and could close it at all. Can probably bash out 6reps a side now and thats 4months later.

I'd say unless you have done grip training previously or your naturally massive you wont be able to close the 150.
