Hardest meal of the day

Just wondered what meal everyone found the most difficult to consume?

My working day is generally 9am-5pm and 5.30pm is when I usually train. I find the PPWO meal really difficult to eat at times. I have my PWO shake at 6.30pm and then even by 8pm I find it a struggle to get my PPWO meal down me as I'm really not hungry.

Anyone else have trouble with PPWO?

I scoff PPWO meal in no time.

Breakfast is the tuffy for me too. I am getting better but I used to have to stop myself hurling as I ate it.

I have recently dropped my calories down considerably so I am looking forward to every meal at the moment

Cutting breakfast is OK but bulking brekkie was tough at times. Used to gag fairly regularly forcing eggs down me.

All I need is a big gun and a coupe that's crazy quick...

None for me. I sometimes find myself counting the minutes till my next meal, especially at the moment because i'm cutting.

breakfast is my most important meal, I wake up starving and can't do anything until I have eaten solid food, have a problem with drinking in the morning, have to eat first or liquid makes me sick so whey in water as soon as I wake is a horror I avoid!

    Brekkie - 110g oats, 10egg whites, protein shake = a sweat on!
